Your Vacation Rental at Gruberhof – for a Break that Stays with You
Our new vacation rental is 76 m² and offers space for two to six people.
It consists of two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with three beds – a large eat-in kitchen with a corner table and sofa bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a private entrance, and from the eat-in kitchen, you can go directly into the garden with very special lounge chairs. Let us surprise you!
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. We are also happy to provide a cot and a high chair for children.

PRICES and TERMS
from €90 per Night for 2 People
Prices
- The base price for the apartment ranges from €90 to €130 per night for two people, depending on the season.
- For each additional adult, we charge €20 per night.
- Child discounts:
- for children aged 6 to 17.99 years, the surcharge is €15 per night
- for children aged 2 to 5.99 years, the surcharge is €10 per night
- for children under 2 years, you pay nothing.
- For pets, we charge a surcharge of €10 per night.
The prices stated are per night and apartment for stays of five nights or more. For shorter stays, we reserve the right to charge €30 for final cleaning.
Deposit
We welcome reservations via email or phone. The reservation becomes valid once the deposit has been paid as agreed.
Arrival and Departure
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 PM on the day of arrival, earlier by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure out of consideration for the next guests.
Payment
Amounts up to a maximum of €2,000 can be paid in cash, alternatively you can pay by bank transfer. As of January 1, 2024, we are obliged to collect a municipal tourist tax of €2.80 per person aged 14 and over per night separately.

To start your vacation day completely relaxed, we offer fresh rolls daily directly to the door of your vacation rental.
You should definitely try our homemade farm bread – a small piece of South Tyrolean mountain farming tradition for breakfast!
